Story Synopsis
Welcome to Disco Disco, the only club in British Hong Kong where everyone dances to the same thumping beat—even boys who dance with other boys. Faced with increasing police oppression and the city’s impending Handover to China, club owner Gordon Huthart will stop at nothing to create a tomorrow that accepts him for who he is, even as his own ambition leads him closer and closer to destruction. A thrilling story based on firsthand accounts, Hong Kong After Midnight is a new musical with a rollicking disco score that will send you dancing into tomorrow.

Story Synopsis
Faced with an unending drought and a world on the brink of collapse, a young girl places her hope in a legendary flute with the power to bring about peace. But the flute instead summons the Dragon King’s heir, and the two are thrust into an epic journey that places the future of the world and environment in their hands. With a contemporary score that blends traditional Korean folk music with element-driven piano, MANPA: Ten Thousand Waves is a new musical that follows young people fighting through disaster to shape their future, against the backdrop of folkloric spectacle.
